Who We Are
Ian Spath is the co-owner of Pacific City Homes, Inc. Ian began Parrott Mountain Construction in 1983, when he moved his family to the Sherwood/Wilsonville area. In 2002 he moved to Pacific City where he started Pacific City Homes, Inc. In 2004 Ian joined the team. In early 2020, we moved to our new, self built office on Hill Street. The new office space is directly above our workshop, making building custom pieces even more convenient. Craftsmanship and sound business practices have enabled Pacific City Homes, Inc to continue to grow, while maintaining the one-on-one service for the construction of your home.
By combining resources and contacts from the valley with coastal experience we bring our customers value and top quality construction suited for the extreme coastal environment. We build with the highest quality products available, recycling as much waste as possible.
With the growing awareness of the impact our life-styles have on the environment, the environmental consciousness of the team is an additional bonus. We will go to extra lengths to educate the homeowner concerning environmentally sound practices and energy saving products.
