Seawatch New Construction

Building this custom ranch on one of Pacific City’s most beautiful lots was a rewarding experience. Pacific Seawatch offers views of the Little Nestucca Bay, The Big Nestucca Bay, Haystack Rock, The Pacific Ocean, and this home had them all. Only the finest materials were used like Western Red Cedar Shingles and Sierra Pacific windows.

This new Oregon Coast home represents a perfect example of quality construction, choice materials, project management and building a new Oregon Coast home on time and on budget!

Nestucca River Cabin Remodel Project

This all inclusive remodel on The Nestucca River began with the homeowner wanting her entire interior cedar lined, hardwood floors, granite tops, tile shower, all replaced. This was definitely an Oregon coast custom construction job that required intimate knowledge of how the client’s wishes and belongings needed to be respected by our entire crew.

We packed up all the dishes, pictures on the walls, furniture, ect and put them in heated storage. After a complete renovation including new window coverings we put everything back exactly where it had been for decades. Client was 100% satisfied. You will be too!

Neskowin Oregon Construction Project

This three-story custom construction home in Neskowin takes advantage of the view from the top floor where the great room, kitchen, and a powder bath are located. A corner deck is also on this level. The middle floor has 4 bedrooms and two baths. The lower floor has a full bath, party room, utility, and one-car garage. Completed in 2009. This new home project provides a great example of how our Oregon Coast construction team can help take full advantage of any type of buildable lot.

An Affordable Spec House

This one-level spec house in Pacific City, Oregon was completed in 2014. It is 1375 sq ft and is a real bargain for $269,000. Located in a new subdivision (Pacific Sunset) in Pacific City.

It features engineered hardwood floors, granite countertops, tile floors, Jeld-wen windows, and Hardi Plank siding.

Out of the tsunami zone the house has 22 earthquake holddowns for earthquake and wind safety. This is a great example of how we can create a great new Oregon Coast home construction project for a limited budget.
