I will simply say that I learned relatively early on to rely on Ian and Dave's judgment & experience, & that I did not need to be "hovering" at the jobsite all the time.This was the first time I'd ever had a home built. So as you might expect, I made some very typical "rookie" mistakes, both in terms of project management logistics, and initial materials selection decisions. Along those lines, Ian and Dave was very patient with me throughout the course of construction. When he had build concerns over any of my choices or direction, he did a nice job of diplomatically relaying those concerns. Further, he was very good at suggesting alternatives & options that he thought might still fit in with my overall vision, but be a better way to go from either a cost-effectiveness, installation challenge, or long term maintenance perspective. I would not hesitate to use Pacific City Homes again."
